disappointing experience
dirty carpet thin walls
the location was acceptable, being close to the metro.
the room was not clean at all. i'm pretty sure the carpets were never vacuumed, since they were dirty from the day i checked in until the day i left. the walls are also very thin, so i could hear everything from the neighbors room.

lovely staff nice bakery
The reception staff were all very lovely. This was probably the best part of the hotel. a nice bakery was just outside the hotel, perfect for grabbing a morning treat.
the lift is very small, it would be better if it was more spacious!

the location was convenient near various restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the room was recently renovated and looked modern. i liked the updated decor.
the room i was given was smaller than expected. the air conditioning did not work effectively. this made the room uncomfortably warm.

kind staff cute atmosphere excellent bedding stocked buffet
the staff were very kind and helpful. they helped create a cute atmosphere from arrival to departure. the beds, bedding, and towels were excellent. my room was recently refurbished, it was great. the breakfast offered a well-stocked buffet with attentive staff.

The 24-hour reception was convenient, and the staff were friendly. they allowed us to leave our luggage and pick it up later. It was a plus. free drinking water was available, saving us from buying it outside. the service was good with these facilities available.

The hotel offers quick access to the metro. the beds were comfortable. So were the duvets and pillows. the bathroom featured a sizable window. the recently renovated facilities provided a clean, comfortable environment. Everything was renovated.

The location is great. It is right by the metro station. the metro provides access to every corner of the city. i walked to the city center since the distance was not too far. there are many cafes and nice places for lunch or dinner in the area.
